His children share his entrepreneurial passion, founding Eagle Distribution Services based on strong client relationships established through ECS.

Dave Ober had a dream of building a legacy he could pass onto his children, and that dream has become a reality. Through their work with ECS, Dave’s second-generation family identified a need in the staffing industry. In exemplifying our core values by doing whatever it takes, they sought to solve that problem to meet the needs of their clients – and in 2022, Eagle Distribution Services was born.
Founded in Lebanon, PA, we’ve expanded to operate in 10 states and place new employees daily. With a culture rooted in employee success and client growth, the vision for Eagle is to make a difference in the lives of every team member and elevate staffing results for every client.
